2013-08-20: 世界知识产权组织公布《学习PCT》系列视频

国际知识产权组织（WIPO）于昨天公布了《学习PCT（Learn the PCT）》系列视频，该系列视频共有29个视频，每个视频分别介绍一个PCT专题，例如PCT的体系、如何申请国际专利、申请代理以及国际检索等。其公布的内容由我们翻译如下：
