问：请问哪些国家有PCT进入国家阶段的宽限期，都是两个月吗？

答：每个国家／地区都有各自的规定。

根据PCT条约第I章和第II章进入国家／地区阶段的期限可以参考世界知识产权组织（WIPO）的网页：

绝大部分情况下为30个月或31个月。点击该网页的国家／地区代码时，会打开“PCT Applicant’s Guide – National Phase – National Chapter”对PCT申请进入该国家／地区的详细说明，包括错过进入的相应期限时，是否有宽限期的规定。

以进入欧洲（欧洲专利组织）申请欧洲发明专利为例，点击该网页最左侧的地区代码“EP”，会打开“PCT Applicant’s Guide – National Phase – National Chapter – EP”，其中在“EXCUSE OF DELAYS IN MEETING TIME LIMITS”一节（段落“EP.25, EP.26, EP.27”）有对进入欧洲时错过期限的两种补救可能的说明：1. 继续处理（further processing）；2. 恢复权利（reestablishment of rights）。

比如“within two months of the communication concerning either the failure to observe a time limit or a loss of rights”（EP.26）可以提起继续处理程序（further processing），但需要注意会产生额外的费用。

另外，在满足一定条件的情况下，也可以请求恢复权利：“Reestablishment of rights may be requested where the applicant lost his rights because, in spite of all due care required by the circumstances having been taken, he was unable to observe a time limit during the international or the national phase, causing a loss of rights”（EP.27），但需要注意此要求非常苛刻，一般如果是因为粗心等原因错过进入欧洲的期限，并不能成功恢复权利。
